Western red cedar portrait mask that is a foot tall. It has cedar bark rope and bundles attached to the sides. The teeth are made from operculum shells that are found on the beaches of Haida Gwaii  (essentially a sea snails door). Behind the teeth in the mouth there is also leather. Painted onto the mask is an eagle on the forehead. On the sides of the mask are eagle wings that also double as eagle heads, so there are essentially 3 eagles on the mask. On the bottom below the mouth are the eagle feet. Reg Davidson was my mentor for mask making.
